Pan-fried scotch fillet served with onion sauce.
Buy a scotch fillet ready cutted. One piece per person.Put some flour in a plate, seasoned the steak, place it on the plate and coat both sides of the steak with flour. Shake off access flour. In a sauce pan (I used sauce pan and not frying pan because the oil will not make your kitchen oily) heat up the pan, add a little olive oil,in medium low heat, place the steak in the pan, slice an onion and place the onion to pan fry with the steak. Turn the steak over when is half way during the cooking also stir the onion to stir fried the onion. Throw a little flour in the onion and stir. When the steak is cooked to your done liking remove it, add a white or red wine(enough to make the sauce) to the pan(can also use stock or water) the sauce will thickened by itself, add little cooking cream (if you have it) stir, season to taste. Put the steak back into the sauce cover the steak with sauce cook until the steak is hot. Beautiful mum or my cooking. Enjoy it.
