Take a plastic bag throw in the meat
Put oyster sauce,crushed black pepper
Seal the bag, and into the chiller

when you need it put a tray
spread evenly and into the grill

guess what ? that is black pepper steak
(anyhow done cheating ok for home cooking
I eat it anyway)
