HOT WOK, ADD OIL, REDUCE THE HEAT, ADD CHOPPED SHALLOT, GARLIC AND CHILLIES
AND COOK UNTIL THE CHILLIES DON'T TASTE RAW. THE ADD THE BALACHAM, LITTLE SUGAR AND KAM QUAT JUICE. MIXED IN THE IKAN BILLIS.
