Portion the meat, chicken, or seafood.
Put the meat in a plastic bag.
Add olive oil so that your meat will not dry up when cooked.
When olive oil is added to the meat or seafood items, the items stay fresh in the fridge for a long time without losing the freshness.
Sprinkle herbs,salt, pepper, your favorite ingredients you used for cooking.
Marinate long enough so the marinate favor get into the meat.
Move the meat in the bag to allow a proper marinating.
Heat up your wok, or frying pan or grill.
Pour olive oil into the frying pan.
Coat the meat with flour and shake the meat so the the meat is lightly coated with flour.
Gently place the meat into the hot wok, seal the meat and low the heat, the meat will be juicy when done.
