How to burn vegetable
Method 1
Put the vegetable on rack and put on the gas stove to burn, turn over when the skin turn black and loosen. Remove the char burnt skin.
Method 2
Use a wok or a frying pan, with no oil in the pan or wok heat until very hot. Put the vegetable until the skin turn black and loosen. Remove the char burnt skin.
