Roast Chicken
Marinate the chicken with mixed herbs and light soy sauce overnight in the chiller. Roast in oven 210C until cooked.

Enough water to make the soup, add chicken booster, bring to the boil, in a contain mix flour to water and whisk, pour into the boiling water whisking until the consistency reach a cream soup, add cooking cream and small dice chicken meat.Do not add any other seasoning.

The hawker had to carry the water from a standing tap 5mins away.
