Coat the joint with plenty of mustard
Thyme, rosemary, crushed black peppercorns,salt
Sit in the chiller for few hours
Seal the meat on the stove in roasting tray
Turn flame to the maximum
Oven Temp. 190c about 30min should be
medium,or medium well... Beef eater best MR
