IT'S A herb you might easily find in a Chinese medicinal hall here, but New Yorker are happily paying US$800 an ounce (S$1,000 for 28g) for dried silkworms.
More popularly known as cordyceps sinensis, the silkworms, typically from Tibet, are attacked by a fungus which kills and entombs them.
The herbs has gained the nickname " Himalayan Viagra "
