Stir fried food
Heat a Chinese wok, the wok is very hot

Thin slices of meat is often tenderize by baking powder, and marinade with the seasoning, in Chinese restaurant, the fast method is to deep fry the meat in a deep fryer, remove and let the oil drip into the fryer.

The family cooking is not the same, family food is healthy.
Heat the wok to very hot. Put a laddle of oil into the wok, move the oil to cover the surface of the wok, and pour the oil back into the oil container. Add chopped galic/ shallot or whatever, add soy sauce whatever sauce to the wok reduce and put the meat in for a quick stir fry.
(If the meat dish have veg, ) Remove the meat and put in a plate. Stir fry the vegetable and place the vegetable in the centre of the meat. Make a sauce and pour over the meat and vegetable. Ready to serve.
