Salsa

Just bought a pot of Mexican Chilli plant
I was told was hot (spicy), and it was really hot. Look like mini bell pepper


Salsa
Preparation

Tomato, remove seed cut into small dice
Spanish onion (red onion) cut into small dice
Chillies remove seeds cut into small dice
Marinate with vinegar and sugar

Preparation (the correct method)

Burn all the vegetable, chillies, onion, and tomato
Remove the burnt skins, do not forget to remove the seeds
Cut all the vegetables into small dices
Marinate in olive olive oil, herbs, lemon juices

Ok, is for dips

Surprise!!! taste very good with Ho Fun, Fried rice, and on meat dish... Any food that require chillies sauce!!! OMG west meet east dinning.
