Cream of Mushroom
Cook slice onions, mushroom, flour until soft
Add garlic and rosemary,salt
Add chicken stock and milk
Bring to the boil, simmer for 20mins.
Blend it
Add cream
check seasoning and consistency
Bring to the boil
Serve

The service staff are low wages workers. Under a lot of pressure to get the food to feed the hungry and no patience, who had little respect for service people, asian respect highly paid people, but some talk down on the person who make a humble living.
