A Chef is a certificate cook, a person who had completed an education in cooking, and holding a chef appointment, completed his commis cook training in a hotel.
A cook may attend a few months of cooking lessons.
Not every elderly chef is a master, don't believe it, when is in the advertisement.

The service staff are low wages workers. Under a lot of pressure to get the food to feed the hungry and no patience, who had little respect for service people, asian respect highly paid people, but some talk down on the person who make a humble living.
