Washing the Leaf vegetables
Washing the Leaves may sound like a easy job.
Break the leaf from the stem. All the leaves.
Turn on the tap and run the fingers over a leaf at one time to remove the soil.
Then break the leaf into cooking size.
Put all the prepared leaves in basin, now fill the basin and wash a second time, a third time if you like. Now dry the leaves.
The dried leaves are ready to be cooked
