Chips for tip bits

Chips

Peel slice potato very thin using a slicer
Dry the sliced potatoes on a tea towel
Place the slice potato in rice flour
Remove and shake off the rice flour leave just a thin coat of rice flour on the potato

A hot pot of fry fat

Slowly put the slices of potato do not allow the potato to stick to other slice
Remove slice potato from fat and drain off the fats.
When the fats are completely drained, the potato allow to cool.

Reheat the fat

Put the cooked slice for a second frying
Cook until the slice potato is clispy remove from fat and drain the oil.
Sprinke salt lightly and the chips will dry and clispy
