Pan cake for break fast

American pan cake

Pan cake mixture

Egg
Water
Flour
Baking powder
Sugar

Using a whisk mix the mixture quickly, if you do if for to long the pan cake become chewy.

Heat a pancake pan a non stick pan.
Rub the pan with olive oil.
Pour a small ladle of pancake mixture
In medium to low heat slowly cook the mixture
Turn the mixture when the top is firm and almost harden
A few second later transfer the pancake into a plate

Accompanied with maple syrup or honey.
A healthy breakfast, low cost breakfast.
