Goreng Pisang

Banana fritters local

Use banana for goreng pisang
Cut slanging and put in glutinous rice flour

Batter

Water
Rice flour ( glutinous rice
Baking powder
Mix together to form a batter

Hot fat for deep frying

Dip the bananas into the batter and the hot fat
Fry until cook

Arrange on a rack to remove the fat

Serve in a plate with grease prove paper
